We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
1. Returns
You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items purchased on final sale or marked as non-returnable
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids
- Gift cards
2. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@blyssstore.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please check your bank account, then contact your credit card company or bank. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@blyssstore.com.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund within the expected timeframe, please first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same item, contact us at support@blyssstore.com with photos of the damage and your order number.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
7. Non-Returnable Scenarios
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds in the following cases:
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery
- Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing original packaging
- Returns sent without prior authorization from our team
8. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (unless we made an error).
