1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During peak seasons or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer — we appreciate your patience.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 US states and select international destinations. If your location is not available at checkout, please contact us at support@blyssstore.com.
3. Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Standard Shipping (United States): 7–15 business days
- Expedited Shipping (United States): 5–8 business days
- International Shipping: 10–25 business days depending on destination
Please note these are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier issues, or high order volumes.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the United States.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
6. Customs and Import Duties
For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may be charged by your country's customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@blyssstore.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
8. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@blyssstore.com — we will do our best to make corrections before shipment.
